Our Story
Founded in 2008 in Shenzhen, the heart of the world's electronics supply chain, Precision China Components began as a specialized PCB sourcing agent. Recognizing the need for higher quality standards and integrated services, we rapidly evolved into a full-scale Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider.
Today, our ISO-certified facilities house continuous SMT lines, advanced testing laboratories, and dedicated box-build assembly areas. Advanced SMT Assembly
Our fully automated SMT lines are capable of handling 01005 components, fine-pitch BGA, and complex double-sided reflow. With high-speed pick-and-place machines and 3D AOI inspection, we ensure 100% placement accuracy and solder integrity for even the most dense PCB designs.
Precision CNC Machining
Complementing our electronics capabilities, our mechanical division features multi-axis CNC centers for high-precision enclosures, heat sinks, and custom mechanical components. We work with a wide range of materials including aluminum, titanium, and engineering-grade plastics to provide complete box-build solutions.
Quality Assurance & Testing

Box Build Assembly
